Mega Chassis
Cab
The chassis cab is available
for clients that wish to add their own body work for specific
applications. Aixam MEGA works with approved bodywork specialists
who can add a wide range of bodies to meet varying needs. The most
popular additions have been to provide mobile catering such a coffee
and sandwich bars, but the applications are numerous.
Mega Dropside
The dropside version of the
MEGA multitruck adds the option of fold down sides to the vehicles.
This enables heavier items to be loaded and off loaded more easily.
Mega Pick-up
The pick-up version of the MEGA multitruck provides a fixed side, ideal for carrying grounds care
tools or other items that need to be lifted in and out. Further
tools can be accommodated in the lower storage area which offers 1m3
of secure storage space. The addition of a side cage can facilitate
carry items up to 3m3 safely.
Mega Rossi
Tipper
The Rossi tipper extends the application of the
normal MEGA tipper with added cage and delivers a vehicle capable of
safely carrying and off loading awkward loads.
Mega Tipper
The MEGA tipper adds a hydraulic telescopic ram to the
drop side version for easy off load of materials. This vehicle is
usually fitted with the cage to provide the full 3m3 space. The
vehicle is ideal for transporting and off loading green waste or
laundry.
Mega
Van
The MEGA Van is well suited as an urban or campus
delivery vehicle; these compact commercial vans have a low 38cm load
height with capacity of 3m3 and can take normal sized pallets. There
is an option to add a side sliding door for easy pavement access and
the sides of the Mega van offer a large 5m3 of advertising space for
the small local business owner.
The Mega Multi Truck Vehicles are a very economical choice with
regards to initial investment and running costs. The Mega Van is
ergonomically designed making the spacious cab easy for loading and
unloading operations. As the Mega Van is also highly manoeuvrable,
it is ideal for urban and rural zones such as park paths or golf
course trails and small City streets.
